The position:

We are looking for a high-calibre and experienced IT Business Analyst Project Coordinator to join our IT team in Limassol.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Gather and analyse business requirements from relevant departments and associates
• Work with IT teams to create structured schedules and project plans
• Establish day to day principles to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards 
• Be an advocate of modern practices such as agile principle
• Compile short and informative reports to update relevant stakeholders including both the IT and the Company 
• Introduce new principles and adapt them to the task in hand
• Identify and implement

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in computer science, engineering, or in a related field
• At least 3 years’ experience with project management software, analysis & reporting software
• A hands-on professional with attention to detail and desire for excellence and innovation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and team working skills 
• Agile/Scrum qualifications will be considered as a plus
