Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promoting the company’s products and services;
• Assisting customers who wish to open a trading account;
• Providing information/education to clients regarding our products;
• Building and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
• Keeping clients updated in regards to the latest financial news;
• Managing the existing portfolio of clients with the focus on maximizing customer satisfaction;
• Training clients to use the company’s trading platforms;
• Meeting the core values of the company on a daily basis.

Candidate Profile:

• Native or fluent in English language; Additional European languages would be considered as an advantage;
• Previous experienced in the Forex Industry would be considered as an advantage;
• Success and target oriented;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Computer literate;
• Self-motivated and dynamic.
