The Role:

We are currently looking to recruit people in Advisor positions who will focus on Corporate Finance and Restructuring projects to join our rapidly expanding Deal Advisory team in Larnaca. The successful candidates will participate in challenging and demanding engagements. More specifically, they will be actively involved in wide-ranging processes related to valuations, financial due diligence, restructurings, perform company-specific and sector-specific research, undertake financial analysis, prepare financial and cash flow projections, assist in the assessment of the feasibility of business plans and financial forecasts, provide support for the evaluation of the sustainability and suitability of debt structures, and prepare relevant reports and / or presentations. Our Deal Advisory department focuses on delivering hands-on results for corporate clients and / or for banking institutions. This role offers invaluable knowledge and experience in working with all levels of stakeholders throughout the corporate and banking industries and can be the springboard of a very challenging, fulfilling and rewarding career in a fast growing sector.

The Responsibilities:

  • Performing research and analysis.
  • Compiling financial projections and performing financial analysis.
  • Participating in transaction evaluation exercises.
  • Assisting in the evaluation of business viability and of debt sustainability.
  • Preparing reports (feasibility studies, valuations, financial due diligence, debt restructuring plans, independent business reports etc.).
  • Participating in meetings with clients and financial institutions.

The Individual:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management.
  • If the candidate is in the process of obtaining ACA/ACCA/CFA qualification will be considered an advantage.
  • Working experience of 1-2 years will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and corporate financial analysis, financial restructuring and cash flow modelling.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, both oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, professional discipline, accuracy, reliability and excellent analytical as well as presentational skills.
  • IT literacy.
