Mallouppas & Papacostas Fashion is looking to hire a General Administrator for the Head Office in Nicosia for the Brands Intimissimi, Calzedonia & Falconeri to join our team and support our daily office procedures.

Candidate’s Role

  • Assisting the company departments with the daily tasks
  • Communicating with external agencies and associates
  • Providing administrative support and managing departmental queries
  • Preparing regular reports as assigned
  • Organizing important and confidential company documents
  • Schedule meetings and interviews

Candidate’s Qualifications

  • University degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or related field
  • Work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal command of Greek & English language
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
