We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in leading strategic hiring efforts across multiple business areas, drive best-in-class candidate experiences, and contribute to the evolution of our global talent strategy.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level /complex roles across multiple departments and regions.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates — including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and innovative digital platforms.
- Proactively build and nurture pipelines of high-potential candidates.
- Deliver results in line with pre-set KPIs while managing multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every step of the hiring process.
- Use market insights and recruitment data to guide decision-making and influence hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with the wider TA team to share best practices, support junior recruiters, and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help position us as an employer of choice.
🌟 What You Bring
- University Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international and tech-driven environment.
- A proven ability to manage multiple roles while delivering high-quality results and a seamless candidate experience.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- A data-driven mindset with experience setting and tracking team KPIs and performance metrics.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, with the confidence to advise and influence hiring managers.
- Passion for people, talent, and driving positive change through hiring excellence.
- Fluent in English.
