CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and highly respected Real Estate Development & Contracting company with offices in both Limassol and Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and energetic Real Estate Sales executive with a proven track record to join their Nicosia operation.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Display and market property to potential buyers.
  • Attend exhibitions, presentations and roadshows.
  • Promote the company’s projects to corporate services and other real estate partners.
  • Promote sales through proactive business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Remain knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices.  
 
Key Skills/Experience:
 
  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business, Real Estate or related field.
  • Solid and demonstrable previous experience in Real Estate Sales is essential.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to react effectively and calmly.
  • Excellent client service skills are a must.
  • Fluency in Greek & English (Written & Spoken).
