Company Description:

On behalf of our Client, one of the largest renowned and expanding Group of companies in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a high caliber professional for the position of Brand Manager, to be based at our client’s offices in Nicosia.

Job Duties:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be mainly responsible for the overall brand management and strategy, brand positioning, portfolio management, stakeholder management, performance management and cooperation with internal stakeholders. More specifically, he/she will be responsible for creating key brand marketing programs for all lines of products within the assigned portfolio and for ensuring sustainable growth in brand equity and market share through the draw up and implementation of winning brand plans Furthermore, the successful candidate will ensure brand business performance (KPIs) by making relevant recommendations on market and consumer data analysis. Finally, he/she will also be responsible for acting as a project manager for the successful execution of all marketing activities, safeguarding commitment and alignment on the agreed deliverables across the organisation, leading all innovation projects as well as present brand performance reports.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Marketing, Public & Business Administration, Public Relations & Communication Management or in any other related field
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Public Relations & Communication Management will be considered as an advantage
• A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience
• Up-to-date on the latest industry trends
• Proficiency in the English and Greek languages
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
