Company Description:

On behalf of our Client, a long-standing Group of Companies, with presence in Cyprus and abroad, we are seeking to recruit a high caliber and motivated individual for the position of Sales/Business Development Executive, with excellent knowledge of the Russian/Chinese language, who will be based at our Client’s premises in Nicosia. 

 

Job Duties:

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting and initiating and closing sales, as well as recommending new products and services. More specifically, his/her tasks will include the following: 

  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, ways of improving the way the organization operates, as well as trends, customers, products and services
  • Initiating sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements
  • Closing sales by building rapport with potential account; appropriately explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key Subcontractors and other parties specifically related to the Market segments and future market expansions
  • Carrying out sales forecasts and analyses and presenting the findings to senior management
  • Working closely with the marketing team and project managers on the execution of proposals development of promotional strategies and activities
  • Representing the company at tradeshows, meetings, conferences and industry events

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, International Relations or any other related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a Business Development and/or Sales Executive role
  • Excellent knowledge of the Russian or Chinese language
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Good knowledge of the Greek language
  • Computer literacy

  • Excellent business acumen and ability to meet sales goals

  • Attention to detail
