Laptops Clearance Cy, a leading retailer of laptops and desktops in Cyprus, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Computer Technician to join our Service team in Nicosia.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and other IT hardware and software.

• Assemble and configure custom PC builds according to client specifications.

• Oversee complex troubleshooting cases and ensure high-resolution standards.

• Collaborate with the service and sales teams to support product knowledge and technical guidance.

• Maintain a strong understanding of ongoing promotions, pricing, and policies.

• Uphold high customer service standards and represent the company with professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in computer/laptop repair and IT maintenance.

• Deep knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), hardware diagnostics, and software troubleshooting.

• Experience with data recovery, OS installations, and malware removal.

• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients effectively.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with retail IT environments is an advantage.
