Purchasing and storing the products and materials for operating a luxury hotel is a key role at Kanika Hotels & Resorts. If you have the right experience and personality, the Sourcing and Purchasing Officer position could be perfect for you. You will collaborate with multiple departments to support Kanika's vision of delivering an exceptional holiday experience in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase products and raw materials per contracts and monitor store par levels
  • Research markets to balance quality and price effectively
  • Stay updated on product and material trends
  • Collaborate with hotels to ensure correct product purchases at agreed prices
  • Follow financial policies for Purchasing and Storekeeping
  • Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers
  • Monitor purchase costs and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage purchases and assets to support the group's financial health
  • Source high-quality goods and services that meet group standards, both locally and internationally

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field; Civil Engineering is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role; experience in the construction industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
  • Strong organizational skills and a pleasant personality
  • Discreet and energetic
