Job Summary: To serve as the central point of contact between the company and its customers/vendors across all business channels (B2B, fleet card users, station dealers, and end consumers). Its core objective is to ensure exceptional customer experience by managing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting commercial operations. Ultimately, the purpose of the job is to safeguard customer satisfaction, enhance operational efficiency, and reinforce the company’s commercial effectiveness.

Main Job Responsibilities

  1. Customer & Vendor Communication & Support
  2. Order Processing
  3. Fleet Card Technical & Operational Support
  4. Data & System Administration
  5. Retail Station Support

Experience : 2 Years’ proven customer/operation support experience

Education Degree:

  • University Diploma in Administration or similar
  • University Degree in Business Administration / Operation or Similar

Skills / Competencies:

  • Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek/English.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Advance use of Microsoft Office, SAP, CRP and CRM systems
