We are expanding our team and currently looking for a dynamic and energetic Human Resources Executive.

Your role:

You will have a key role in encouraging, supporting, and developing our team, ensure the smooth operation of the brand and lead projects of strategic importance for the brand.

Position:

• Actively involved in recruitment and managing the hiring process.
• Support and coordination with  operations team in HR related issues.
• Lead the Team with Members and Management Engagement survey process.
• Implement retention strategies. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement by implementing and motivation strategies.
• Lead the Team Members Development through the Personal Performance Management process and training plans.
• Ensure legal compliance in all HR related matters.

Successful Candidate Profile

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in an HR role preferably in restaurant or customer service operations
• Human Resources academic background or a degree in arelated field
• Excellent verbal and written knowledge of Greek and English
• Passion for work and Teamwork spirit
• Good knowledge on relevant Cyprus Law and legislation
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, changing environment
