As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and help us attract top talent globally.

Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring high-caliber professionals across our global teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies that align with HFM's growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from requisition to onboarding.

  • Utilise a mix of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, direct outreach) to attract top-tier candidates.

  • Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

  • Ensure a top-notch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across regions.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).

  • Experience in the tech/IT profiles is a must.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
