Full time Service Advisor at Limassol garage

E-CARS GROUP LTD is currently seeking to recruit to hire a professional, responsible and dedicated individual for the position of service advisor, to be based at our Limassol garage.

Job Summary:

• Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and invoices
• Providing customer support via phone and face-to-face at the service station
• Qualifying customer problems and logging them for technicians to review
• Ensuring customer approval for all remedial work to be carried out
• Promoting our range of vehicle parts and accessories
• Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers
• Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out, and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle
• Reporting to the After Sales Manager for a smooth assessment of everyday tasks of the garage

Requirements:

• Proven excellent customer service and communication skills with a commitment to providing the best possible standard of customer service.
• An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service.
• Passion for Cars and technology.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• An enthusiastic, dynamic and team-orientated personality
• Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Team player that offers help and support to others.
• Driving License for other external jobs that might occurred
• Computer literacy with a strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of English is required.
