Senior Business Analyst
On behalf of a client, a well-established international company offering technology solutions, we are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Nicosia.

Objective
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, fit-for-purpose tax administration solutions. You will be responsible for owning business requirements across projects—from discovery and scoping through to delivery and client approval. You will act as a key liaison between the client and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology outcomes. The role also includes evolving delivery methodologies, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to product and process improvements.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Delivery
• Define, document, and manage business requirements and project scope
• Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure solution alignment
• Support system testing, UAT preparation, and training activities
• Assist with technical documentation, user guides, and help content
• Evaluate and manage change requests during the software development lifecycle
Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and partners
• Support pre-sales activities, including system demonstrations
• Act as a brand ambassador for DataTorque, promoting values and building trust
Leadership & Methodology
• Maintain best practice standards for BA documentation
• Mentor team members and contribute to BA process improvements
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure efficiency and consistency across implementations
• Maintain knowledge bases and cost databases for continuous improvement and pricing accuracy

Position’s Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any other related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in software implementation projects
• Strong process orientation and ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering and manage project scope
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international clients
• Transparent and collaborative in approach
• Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership and accountability

Salary range: €50,000 – €60,000 gross
