Payroll Officer
Our client, one of the leading retail companies, is looking for a skilled and reliable Payroll Officer to join their HR team and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for over 2500 employees across multiple locations.
• Handle various types of employment contracts, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff.
• Ensure payroll is compliant with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Work with the HR team to validate timekeeping records and shift data.
• Generate and distribute payslips and reports; manage employee queries regarding payroll.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Position’s Requirements
• University degree holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, preferably in large-scale operations (1000+ employees).
• Proven experience with Logisoft payroll software will be considered as an advantage
• Strong understanding of Cyprus labor law and payroll-related compliance.
• Familiarity with complex shift schedules and multi-contract employment setups.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting tools.

Salary Range: €21.000 - €25.000 gross annually
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:30
