💼 About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience to help us scale quickly during a period of rapid growth. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, organized, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.

You'll play a key role in our high-volume hiring efforts—sourcing candidates, reaching out, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring teams.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Source candidates for a variety of roles using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
• Write and post job descriptions to attract the right talent
• Conduct initial phone or video screens to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews and act as the main point of contact for candidates
• Maintain and organize candidate data
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to keep the process moving smoothly
• Help improve and streamline the recruiting process as we grow
• Support team members with scheduling, communications, and hiring logistics

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Strong communication and people skills—you enjoy talking to new people and building connections
• Comfortable managing tasks without formal tools or systems (we’re still growing!)
• Highly organized with a good eye for detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without needing heavy supervision
• Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn quickly

• Familiarity with different sourcing methods or industries
