Company Description:

On behalf of our Client, PNS Restaurants, we are seeking to recruit a professional individual for the position of Accountant, who will be based at our client’s premises in Limassol.

Job Duties:

Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the monitoring of the financial performance of the Company and managing the accounting department’s tasks. Specifically, his/her duties will include the preparation of the annual budgets and periodic updates, the supervision of the bookkeeping and ledger transactions, the preparation of payroll, the setting up / oversight of the relevant revenue and cost processes and internal controls and the monitoring of the Company’s cash flows. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the preparation of the Company’s tax forms and other tax related returns including corporation tax, PAYE and VAT, and ensuring their timely submission. Finally, the successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of interim/year-end financial statements and liaising with the Company’s external auditors.

Professional Qualifications:

• A University degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or other related field
• Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, CPA, ACCA) will be considered as an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the accounting field
•         Computer literate (Microsoft Office packages) with experience in using accounting software and databases
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English Languages
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be considered as an advantage
