On behalf of our client, a high-end property developer, we are seeking an experienced sales professional in the real estate field to join their sales team

Position’s duties and responsibilities

·         Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property under the best terms.

·         Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that are the most suitable.

·         Display and market/present real property to possible buyers.

·         Prepare necessary paperwork contracts, deeds etc.

·         Attend exhibitions and  presentations

·         Develop networks and cooperate with lawyers, mortgage lenders and contractors.

Position’s Requirements

·         A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience preferably in the real estate sector

·         Fluency in Greek and English languages at a professional level

·         Degree in Business, Real Estate or related field will be considered as an advantage

·         Holder of driving license

·         Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

·         Dynamic personality with the ability to adapt to varying customer profiles

·         Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with good organizational skills

·         Pleasant character

·         Competent computer user
