• Proactively generate and manage leads to drive property sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales process.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Greek or Russian are a plus).
