Position:
At Infocredit Group, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and creative full-time Assistant Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Campaigns:
    • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, and social media marketing.
    • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging marketing materials.
  2. Events Coordination:
    • Plan, organize, and coordinate company events, trade shows, and webinars.
    • Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site activities.
  3. Partnership Management:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with partners to develop co-branded campaigns and events.
  4. Email Marketing:
    • Create, deploy, and monitor email campaigns to ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness.
    • Segment and manage email lists for targeted communications.
  5. Performance Analysis:
    • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
    • Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and improve ROI.
  6. Content Creation:
    • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling copy for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  7. Market Research:
    • Conduct research to identify market trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Experience in social media management and content creation is a plus.
