We are seeking a reliable and personable Night Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests during the night shift, ensuring they receive exceptional service and enjoy a seamless stay. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, professional and thrives in an overnight work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services

    • Welcome guests upon arrival and check them in or out as needed.

    • Address guest queries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.

    • Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.

  • Front Desk Operations

    • Manage room reservations and update booking systems accurately.

    • Handle cash, card payments, and produce receipts.

    • Perform routine audits to ensure all daily transactions are correctly processed.

  • Security and Safety

    • Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.

    • Assist with emergency procedures if required.

    • Respond promptly to any alarms or disturbances.

  • Administrative Duties

    • Prepare reports for management, including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.

    • Support other departments with overnight requests or requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  • Proficient in using front desk systems (training provided if needed).

  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
