SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Prepares food according to the standard recipes and the indications of his/her supervisor, aiming for high quality in taste and presentation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises and is responsible for all actions and duties performed by Cook B, Cook C and Cook Trainees and help them whenever necessary.
- Applies all standard recipes of all food.
- Ensures that all food is prepared on time.
- Is aware of the hygiene rules, respects them and ensures that they are applied.
- Saves energy through the correct use of machinery, electricity, water and gas.
- Keeps his workplace organized, clean and tidy.
- Carries out internal procedures based on the Employees Hand Book.
- Is familiar with, carries out and participates in the improvement of the hotel policies and goals as described in the written procedures of the hotel.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
- Communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Team Spirit
