SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Serves drinks, beverages, cocktails and delicacies in the specified manner and time providing excellent service to Hotel Restaurant’s customers. Maintains cleanliness and neatness in the areas in which he/she works.
- Follows the Hotel’s pre-set written procedures for Restaurant service.
- Willingly carries out various tasks given to him/her by his/her superior before, during and after the opening of the Restaurants.
- Prepares all that is needed for laying and setting tables on the basis of pre-set procedures.
- Correctly follows the procedure for welcoming Guests.
- Receives training and ensures he knows all the different dishes on the Restaurant menus, their composition and can explain them to Guests if requested.
- Receives training and ensures he/she knows all the different types of wine on the Restaurant wine lists, their origin, description and combination.
- Receives training and ensures he/she knows all the different drinks on the Restaurant and Bar menus, their composition, origin and combination.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
- Communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Team Spirit
