Almond Recruitment on behalf of our client, an international financial / Corporate services company who are currently looking for a Corporate Administrator to join their offices in Limassol. This would be a fantastic opportunity to work with an extremely strong and market leading company in their field.

Responsibilities

  • Process and file necessary documentation for company formation, changes and dissolution.
  • Maintain and update corporate records and ensure compliance with local company laws and regulations.
  • Opening of Bank Accounts;
  • Assist in preparing corporate filings with the Registrar of Companies and handle necessary registrations and renewals.
  • Provide administrative support in managing company structures, including maintaining up-to-date registers for shareholders, directors, and officers.
  • Organize and manage corporate documentation, such as minutes of meetings, resolutions, and other legal documents.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of annual reports and financial statements.
  • Oversee client accounts, providing them with relevant information and addressing any queries or issues.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding corporate filings, documentation, and administrative requests.
  • Assist clients with managing their portfolios, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Support the senior team in managing client accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the Head of the Corporate to maintain accurate records of client activities and communications.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years plus of relevant experience in corporate administration or client account management.
  • Knowledge of working with the Registrar of Companies and handling corporate matters.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • A law degree (LL.B) is considered an advantage but not a requirement
  • Fluent in English and Greek is essential
