On behalf of our client, a string of boutiques in Limassol, showcasing both designer menswear and womenswear, while constantly striving to exceed expectations in the luxury retail environment, we are hiring a Sales Associate to join the team.

What we are looking for:

• English and Russian or another language will be considered as an advantage

• Empathic and agile talent, that has already discovered the field of retail or hospitality for at least two years

• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion

• Ability to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication

• Outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication

• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible along with the store team and management for the stock of the boutique, including organizing stock on floor and in stock room

• Participate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect the assets of the Boutique through understanding and complying with operating procedures

• Achieve and exceed individual and store Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset at all times

• Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication

• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international clients

• Demonstrate a sound product expertise, engage clients through the details of our brands and stories of our products

• Problem-solving and a problem solution-based mind frame

• In partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client
