The Role:

As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to communicate our products and services.
• Produce compelling graphics and video content for social media channels, in line with our brand identity.
• Assist in developing and managing a Social Media Content Calendar.
• Craft engaging copy for posts, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
• Design marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and leaflets for in-store and online promotion.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback on various platforms.
• Support the team with in-store promotional material and digital marketing initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:

• Educational background in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Graphic Design (familiarity with Canva Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
• Basic experience in Video Editing (using tools like CapCut, Canva video edit tool, or Premiere).
• Excellent copywriting abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a passion for creativity in marketing.
• A bright, approachable, and outgoing personality.
