We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to handle bookings and reservations for accommodations, transportation, and other services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a customer-first attitude to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process reservations for hotels, transportation, and tours as per client needs.
- Confirm bookings with suppliers (hotels, transport providers, tour operators) and ensure all details are accurate.
- Update and maintain the reservation system with current booking information.
- Handle client inquiries related to reservations, pricing, and availability.
- Assist in handling special requests and modifications to existing reservations.
- Provide timely confirmation and communication to clients regarding their bookings.
- Work closely with the Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in reservations or customer service, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hotel industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
