IT Customer Support Technician (Rotating Shifts)

Summary

ACE Networks, a full-service Information Solution provider, is looking for Customer Support Technicians (IT) to join the Limassol team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive support requests via phone and record them to the ticketing system
  • Resolve support requests remotely or on-site in a timely manner with the assistance of the rest of the technical team, if required
  • Escalate issues, if unable to resolve issue quickly.
  • Install and configure hardware operating systems and applications.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
  • Very good knowledge of computer hardware
  • Fluency in English
  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or any relevant field will be considered an advantage

  • Polite
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Team Player
  • Eager to learn
  • Ability to work shifts, 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00, including weekends and public holidays.

Work Experience

  • No prior work experience required for this position

Remuneration Package:

  • Monthly Salary
