Crystal Springs Beach Hotel is seeking a dependable and visionary Executive Chef to lead its culinary operations with professionalism and integrity as it transitions into a 5-star resort over the next three years.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide the entire food preparation process.

Design innovative, seasonal, and guest-focused menus.

Plan and manage food procurement and inventory.

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing kitchen team.

Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

Ensure compliance with dietary regulations, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a 4* or 5* hotel.

Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are an asset).

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
