Executive Chef Opportunity at Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

Crystal Springs Beach Hotel is seeking a dependable and visionary Executive Chef to lead its culinary operations with professionalism and integrity as it transitions into a 5-star resort over the next three years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the entire food preparation process.

  • Design innovative, seasonal, and guest-focused menus.

  • Plan and manage food procurement and inventory.

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing kitchen team.

  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

  • Ensure compliance with dietary regulations, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a 4* or 5* hotel.

  • Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are an asset).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage and resolve challenges.

  • Professional demeanor with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Resilience under pressure and a dedication to continuous improvement.
