UCLan Cyprus is pleased to announce the expansion of its academic provision. The University will be accepting applications for the position of Lecturer or Assistant Professor in Business Management.

SCHOOL OF BUSINESS & MANAGEMENT

Applicants for the above position should preferably hold a PhD (or have submitted their thesis and are awaiting their viva) in the area of business management (preferably with specialisation in organisational behaviour or human resources development/management or tourism and hospitality management). Candidates should possess demonstrable experience of delivering quality teaching in Higher Education. A professional qualification in their field of expertise, while not essential, will be considered an advantage. Experience in CPD and professional training will also be considered an advantage. Fluency in English is essential for the position. This is a 3-year position in the first instance.
