As the Assistant Chief Engineer, you will support hotel operations and ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards and addressing technical requests promptly. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the maintenance team to achieve high service standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the hotel's facilities and equipment run smoothly
• Maintain top-quality service for guests and other hotel departments
• Plan preventive maintenance with the Chief Engineer and organize ongoing skills training
• Foster a strong team spirit within your department

Qualifications and Experience:

• Mechanical Engineering Diploma or related field
• At least 4 years in a similar role at 4 or 5-star hotels
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Knowledge of Environmental & Health Safety
• Computer literate; BMS knowledge is a plus
• Ability to create energy-saving reports
• Strong organizational skills
• Discreet, efficient, and personable
• EU citizen or EU work permit holder
