We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a large-scale mixed-use project in the real estate sector in Limassol. This unique project will be implemented on the site of an existing juice production facility, presenting distinct challenges, including the critical plan of relocating the production without interrupting the current production process.

Our ideal Candidate has a proven experience in one of the Big Four firms, holds an ACCA qualification and has transitioned from internal audit to finance. This critical role involves complete oversight of a construction project and offers a pathway to becoming a Finance Director.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Controlling financial processes and ensuring alignment with plans.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets.
• Preparing all necessary financial reports, including cost analysis and plan-vs-actual reconciliations.
• Building and maintaining financial models for projects.
• Overseeing transaction management by ensuring the accuracy of accounting entries.
• Build processes by driving automation and enhancements in reporting; collaborating with the IT department for data and system improvements.
• Offer consultations by providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements for the position:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or audit experience with a Big Four Audit Firm.
• Industry experience as Financial Analyst, Financial Controller, or FP&A is an advantage.
• ACCA qualification.
• Prior experience in internal audit, transitioning into finance, is a strong advantage.
• Expertise in controlling, reporting, cost analysis, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
