Chrisons Co. Ltd, one of the leading ICT companies in Cyprus and three-times Microsoft Partner of the Year award winner, is looking for a field technician to join our technical team.

The main responsibilities of the field technician are:

1. Pick up and delivery of equipment from customers, suppliers and customers
2. Receive support requests from customers via the ticketing system, email, or phone.
3. Resolve customer support requests remotely or on-site in a timely manner with the assistance of the rest of the technical team, if required.
4. Escalate issues, if unable to resolve issue quickly.
5. Delivery, Setup, and Configuration of hardware
6. Installation and Configuration of software
7. Cabling and mounting of equipment
8. Technical Documentation
9. Make sure the ticketing system is up to date
10. Make sure customers are satisfied with our responses and resolution to their requests
11. Miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks in your field

Required knowledge:

1. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
2. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
3. Very good knowledge of computer hardware
4. Basic knowledge in networking
5. Fluent in the Greek and English language (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)

Remuneration:

1. Probation Period: 6 Months
2. Monthly Salary
3. Bonus: Yearly bonus based on individual and company performance.
4. Working Hours: 08:30 - 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:30.
5. Public Holidays: Official Cyprus Public Holidays.
6. Annual Leave: 21 days.
7. Sick Leave: 21 days.
8. Overtime: This is paid when employees are requested and have approval to work for more than 30mins over their normal working hours, at a rate of 1.5 their hourly rate for Out of Hours and Saturdays, and at a rate of 2 for Sundays and Public Holidays. Overtime is extremely rare.
9. Insurance: We provide all our employees with In-Hospital Medical Insurance, which also includes a one-time per year Health Check. Health insurance will be provided after the probation period and if accepted and with the terms and conditions offered by the insurance company. Family members can be insured as well at our reduced company rate, payable by the employee.
10. Provident Fund will be provided after the probation period
