We are looking to recruit experienced professionals and/or individuals who wish to start a career as Spa Therapists to join the Wellness department of our hotel.

Spa Therapists’ key responsibilities:

• Welcome Spa guests, making them feel welcome and relaxed

• Schedule guests’ appointments and maintain the Spa calendar up to date at all times

• Promote the spa, treatments and products; providing expert knowledge to guests

• Perform spa services to a high standard, including a variety of therapeutic massages, relaxing facial and body treatments, holistic and wellness therapies, ensuring the therapies are suitable to each individual based on their medical history and preferences

• Maintain Spa systems up to date with all performed treatments and products sales

• Ensure that the Spa equipment is operational and sterilized before each use

• Maintain Spa facilities clean and tidy at all times

• Monitor products inventory levels and notify on time the Manager for any inventory shortage

• Follow Spa health and safety policies and procedures and hygiene standards

• Provide exceptional guest service, always emphasizing on quality of service and promptly resolve any complaints

The ideal professionals shall have the following qualifications, experiences, and skills:

• Diploma in Aesthetics, Physiotherapy, Massage or any other related field

• Previous working experience in similar duties in 4-5 star hotels or luxury spas

• Good knowledge of English language

• Passion for excellence

• Communication capabilities

• Guest-oriented mindset and attention to detail

• Flexibility and adaptability
