Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests in our restaurants and bars.
• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer any queries.
• Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain a clean dining area.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Greek or any additional language is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
