Job Role

As a Junior Technology Administrator at McDonald’s, you will be working in a pleasant work environment that requires teamwork and professionalism. This role includes both work at the IT Department headquarters and restaurants for equipment installation and maintenance.

Main Duties:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Timely management of various services issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (in person or over the phone)

Qualifications required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Very good knowledge of the Greek and English Language (verbal & written)
• Very good knowledge of systems’ hardware and network
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
