The position:
We are seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and value-driven professional to join our Financial Control team. The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Set relevant policies, processes and procedures related to the finance function.
- Participate in the planning and monitoring of the finance function of the Group.
- Manage day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support the introduction of appropriate systems and internal controls, their implementation and maintenance. Also ensure adherence to controls, introducing changes to procedures.
- Oversee cash management, working capital and treasury processes and activities of Group companies.
- Maintain close cooperation with banking institutions.
- Take a finance lead on all corporate actions and structural matters.
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure efficient workflow.
- Prepare financial reports and other analyses as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and tax requirements.
- Liaise with other external advisors and service providers as required.
Main requirements:
- BA / Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance or any other relevant degree.
- Professional Qualification Degree (ACA, ACCA) with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of any accounting program would be a plus.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
