CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Investment Firm with regional offices here in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Business Development Manager, you will primarily be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining strong relationships with new partners and clients within an assigned region. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 3+ years of previous sales and business development experience gained within the FX industry, with a strong understanding of financial markets and trading. Knowledge of English is essential, as well as fluency in either Spanish and/or Portuguese. A highly competitive base salary is on offer based on skills and experience, as well as an attractive commission plan based on pre-defined KPIs and targets.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and create Business Plans to expand the business of the company in the target regions.
• Onboarding new potential business partners and clients in the target countries.
• Meet with partners and clients face to face and/or over the phone.
• Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet those needs.
• Provide superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate answers to clients’ queries.
• Establish strong partnerships to maximize sales in assigned regions.
• Help to grow the business with existing partners in assigned countries.
• Attend seminars, conferences and events where needed and requested by the Company.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Approximately 3+ years working experience in a similar position is a must.
• Experienced working with Introducing Brokers and High Net Worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of the FX industry is a must.
• Knowledge of the MT4/MT5 Trading platforms.
• Ability to travel extensively around the world to meet customers and participate in Exhibitions.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, as well as English is a must.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of CRM and other software is considered an advantage.
