We ‘re on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for a talented Sales Operations Associate to join our Sales/Commercial team in our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

What the job looks like?

The Sales Operations Associate will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental sales strategies and KPIs
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to manage orders, files, and other documents under the supervision of the direct manager
  • Extract and compile sales data to aid in generating sales, budgets and other reports
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales budgets and other sales related task
  • Communication with the Supply Chain and other internal departments on orders to be delivered, delivery delays, other operational issues
  • Communication with the other Medochemie international offices & territories on sales, budgets, orders to be delivered, delivery delays, other operational issues
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion

What does it take to do the job?

  • University degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of experience. Academic education in life sciences (pharmacy, chemistry or other relevant) will be considered as a plus
  • Proven experience in Sales or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or other CRM software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English
