As a Payment System Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous optimization of our payment systems, driving efficiency, reliability, and smooth transaction processing across various payment methods.
Responsibilities

Ensuring optimal functioning of the payment systems (APMs) by transaction monitoring, promptly identifying and addressing issues, including the diagnosis/testing of flagged issues

Monitoring the performance of various payment methods to ensure smooth processing of transactions

Identifying system improvements or alternative solutions as required to enhance efficiency and reliability

Maintaining regular communication with Payment Providers throughout onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support phases, prioritizing the resolution of system and technical errors reported by internal stakeholders and clients

Drafting business specifications and functions aligned with business requirements related to Payment Systems

Committed to upholding all relevant practices, procedures, and regulations in the execution of daily duties

Involve in facilitating seamless on-boarding of new alternative payment methods

Test new payment systems post-integration to verify functionality and compliance with internal and external standards

Provide training and support to internal teams regarding the use of new/existing payment systems or functionalities

Analyze payment system data and generate regular reports on performance metrics (e.g., transaction success rates, processing times)
Requirements
-
University Degree preferably in Finance, Economics, or Programming
-
2+ years of experience in financial services/iGaming/gambling in Payment Solutions or Payment Integration

Excellent command of the English language;

Working knowledge of Payments (APMs) and transactional/processing systems and services;

In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations;

Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills;

Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment;

Communication skills, organizational skills, handling/managing numerous priorities under strict deadlines;

Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Excel, BI

Technical knowledge on how to build automation will be considered as an advantage (system/business analyst)
