EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR PROPERTY VALUER

ROUSSOS & ANGELIDES (PAPHOS) VALUERS & PROPERTY CONSULTANTS LLC is currently seeking to employ a valuer, ETEK or RICS member in Valuation. The position refers to an opening of the Paphos Office.

The candidate must have the following credentials / experience:

1. At least 5 years’ experience in the real estate valuation sector,

2. Knowledge of REAL ESTATE office/retail/hotel/industrial/residential markets,

3. A relevant graduate and/or postgraduate degree accredited by ETEK or RICS,

4. Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing (English and Greek),

5. Excellent computer knowledge- Word, Excel etc.
