Career Opportunity
We seek to recruit an enthusiastic, hard-working, and ambitious professional to join our Nicosia office as a Human Resources Consulting Officer. As an HR Consulting Officer, you will serve as an external support resource for client companies, providing comprehensive guidance on all HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with external clients to understand staffing needs.

Provide recruitment or other human resources services to external clients

Active involvement in the payroll process

Ensure policies align with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Maintain employee records up to date, both in hard copy and electronic (incl. personal documents, annual leaves, sick leaves etc.)

Prepare regular and ad hoc monthly reports, as required.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
-
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field will be considered an advantage

2-4 years of related experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English

Understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment processes

Time management skills

Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
