Career Opportunity

We seek to recruit an enthusiastic, hard-working, and ambitious professional to join our Nicosia office as a Human Resources Consulting Officer. As an HR Consulting Officer, you will serve as an external support resource for client companies, providing comprehensive guidance on all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with external clients to understand staffing needs.

  • Provide recruitment or other human resources services to external clients

  • Active involvement in the payroll process

  • Ensure policies align with legal requirements and industry best practices.

  • Maintain employee records up to date, both in hard copy and electronic (incl. personal documents, annual leaves, sick leaves etc.)

  • Prepare regular and ad hoc monthly reports, as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field will be considered an advantage

  • 2-4 years of related experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English

  • Understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment processes

  • Time management skills

  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Maintaining a positive and friendly approach
