We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Manual QA Team Leadto join our dynamic team at HFM.

We are seeking for a QA Team Lead (Manual) to manage and mentor a team of manual testers in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. As the QA Team Lead (Manual), you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day planning and running of the manual testing, developing, and implementing testing processes and procedures, and communicating test results to relevant stakeholders.

Your role at HFM:

• Lead a team of manual testers in the development and execution of test cases and plans.
• Develop and maintain manual testing processes and procedures that adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• Plan and prioritise the testing tickets.
• Ensure that all manual testing activities are executed in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on meeting project timelines and deliverables.
• Report testing status to Head of the QA department.
• Enhance software delivery and quality throughout the entire software development cycle.
• Ensure that software meets functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage in-house testing documentation, write and continuously review test strategy.
• Mentor and develop team members to ensure their professional growth and success.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and new testing technologies and methods.

What You Bring:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in manual testing, with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Web and Mobile (iOS and Android) testing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team working and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, XRay, etc. would be considered an advantage.
