Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated Financial Services organization, is looking to recruit a Hungarian Speaking Back Office Officer in Limassol;

Responsibilities:

  • Opening client accounts in the company systems upon reviewing the KYC documentation in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Accurately recording clients’ information and documents in the Company’s record systems
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per managements’ request
  • Responding to client account queries via Email, telephone calls and Chat in a polite and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree or any other relevant qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English, an additional language will be considered.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Characteristics of integrity discreteness, trustworthiness and reliability.
  • Paying attention to detail, proactive character.
