Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated Financial Services organization, is looking to recruit a Hungarian Speaking Back Office Officer in Limassol;
- Opening client accounts in the company systems upon reviewing the KYC documentation in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
- Accurately recording clients’ information and documents in the Company’s record systems
- Other ad-hoc duties as per managements’ request
- Responding to client account queries via Email, telephone calls and Chat in a polite and professional manner.
- University Degree or any other relevant qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English, an additional language will be considered.
- Knowledge of Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills.
- Characteristics of integrity discreteness, trustworthiness and reliability.
- Paying attention to detail, proactive character.
