We are looking for a Staff Accommodation Officer for our two hotels in Ayia Napa.The role includes managing the allocation of housing for employees, maintenance, inspection, and compliance with safety and living standards.

*All transportation will be carried out using the company car.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage staff housing assignments.

  • Safeguard staff apartment keys.

  • Conduct regular inspections of accommodations.

  • Ensure rooms are ready and clean for new hires.

  • Maintain accurate records in the Accommodation system.

  • Support the Human Talent Department’s wellbeing goals.

  • Organize transportation for the new team members.

  • Responsible for maintenance and repairs in collaboration with the Human Resources Department and maintenance team.

  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the common areas of the accommodations.

  • Handle check-ins and check-outs for staff moving in or leaving.

Qualifications:

  • High School or Hospitality School graduate.

  • Fluent in English and Greek.

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.

  • A positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent collaboration with our colleagues.

  • Partial knowledge in the technical field
