We are looking for a Staff Accommodation Officer for our two hotels in Ayia Napa.The role includes managing the allocation of housing for employees, maintenance, inspection, and compliance with safety and living standards.
*All transportation will be carried out using the company car.
What You’ll Do:
Manage staff housing assignments.
Safeguard staff apartment keys.
Conduct regular inspections of accommodations.
Ensure rooms are ready and clean for new hires.
Maintain accurate records in the Accommodation system.
Support the Human Talent Department’s wellbeing goals.
Organize transportation for the new team members.
Responsible for maintenance and repairs in collaboration with the Human Resources Department and maintenance team.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the common areas of the accommodations.
Handle check-ins and check-outs for staff moving in or leaving.
Qualifications:
High School or Hospitality School graduate.
Fluent in English and Greek.
Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
A positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent collaboration with our colleagues.
