Currently, we are looking for an experienced Head of Treasury to join our Finance department in Limassol.

This role will report directly to the CFO and will be responsible for overseeing and managing all treasury functions within bbf: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury management, with a focus on real estate development, and possess fluency in Greek and English.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage the budget, forecast, and reporting processes related to treasury costs, cash flow statements.
• Oversee the onboarding process for bank accounts and manage payment processing workstreams.
• Review and update KYC documentation and assess AML risks in accordance with client AML policy requirements.
• Prepare and submit applications for financing and loans from banks
• Monitor all loans and facilities across our established portfolios to ensure timely payments, compliance with ongoing lender requirements, and adherence to legal covenants.
• Regularly review and update treasury policies and procedures, ensuring effective implementation through robust operational practices and systems.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation of all treasury-related financial data.
• Assist with the analysis of new funding opportunities, including derivative structures and alternative covenant structures.
• Take primary responsibility for managing relationships with lenders, banks, and consultants at the operational level.

Requirements for the position:

Key experience:

• Local treasury management experience, particularly within the real estate sector, in Cyprus is essential.
• Experience in real estate development or management within European jurisdictions is highly beneficial.
• Experience with AML/KYC due diligence is advantageous.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluent in Russian, Greek, and English.
