We are seeking for a dedicated, highly professional Station Supervisor to join our growing team at Hertz Cyprus, stationed at Larnaca city. The ideal candidate will be in charge of fully operating our Car Rental Station, providing the highest level of customer service while also achieving annual sales targets.

Main Duties

• Successfully operate our Car Rental Station
• Manage a small group of employees and lead them through daily duties effectually
• Implement processes to accomplish customer needs
• Secure that all rules of the station are conveyed to all station personnel
• Ensure that each and every customer is greeted warmly, identifying their needs have been identified to deliver satisfaction.
• Protect and maximize profitability by premium client service, prompt communications as well as follow up on every matter that might occur with the customer

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Leadership qualities
• Ability to operate adaptively under high pressure
• Talented in multi-tasking and prioritizing
• Excellent communications skills
• Customer oriented personality
• Driving license is a must
