Cyprus Casinos (Operated by MELCO group) is looking for a Supervisor, Construction Site Security.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supervisor, Construction Site Security coordinates and supervises the Security department with the operations of a shift, so that a safe, secure and comfortable environment is maintained for the construction site of City of Dreams Mediterranean. The Supervisor, Security is responsible for ensuring that a high level of effective support is provided to construction department and a high level of customer service is provided.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads the team and allocates responsibilities and monitor the performance of Officers, Security.
• Ensures sufficient Security support is provided to key Departments such as Construction.
• Monitors customer service of employees and coaches employees where necessary to enhance customer service quality.
• Plans and carries out workplace administration, completes reports and functions associated with reports based on the timeline as instructed by the company and superior.
• Coordinates emergency situations.
• Coordinates routine inspections and maintenance of emergency equipment and undertakes health and safety prevention.
• Manages incidents in a discreet and confidential manner, appropriate to the situation and maintains a professional image.
• Monitors all security procedures under the direction of the company’s rules and regulations.
• Adheres to all company’s policies and department’s standard operating procedures.
• Reports accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to superiors and relevant departments.
• Performs other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

• Preferable Security experience, experience as a Supervisor or Acting Supervisor role and more specifically in Construction site role;
• Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
• Experience in Customer Service and/or Security Officer Duties.
• Demonstrates teamwork.
• Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken), other languages will be considered as an advantage.
