We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Product Manager to join our dynamic team at HFM.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Product Operation Specialists, and business stakeholders, to develop and execute product strategies that align with our business goals and exceed customer expectations.

Your role at HFM:

  • Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage the product launch process in a project environment, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout to customers.
  • Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog in an agile project management environment.
  • Develop user personas and user stories to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours.
  • Translate user needs into product requirements and specifications using Jira for tasks, and Confluence for documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Business Analysts, Product Operation Specialists, and business stakeholders, to bring products to life.
  • Monitor product performance and collect user feedback to make continuous improvements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies in the fintech industry.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in the fintech industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful product launches.
  • Experience with wireframing and mockup design tools for User Flow Charts and UI/UX i.e. Figma, Moqups, Balsamiq.
  • Understanding of the full project lifecycle and SDLC.
  • Professional certification (Prince 2, PMP, Scrum Master/Product Owner) would be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages would be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines, multitask, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for fintech and innovation.
